In Honour of Raoul Wallenberg: Toronto

A statue of Wallenberg greets those entering the Earl Bales Park, located on Raoul Wallenberg Road. Also, the Tanenbaum Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto added "Wallenberg" to the name of their school in 2008, garnering the name Tanenbaum CHAT Wallenberg Campus.

A powerful travelling exhibit about Wallenberg was recently hosted in the Toronto Reference Library in cooperation with the Canadian War Museum of Ottawa and the Swedish Embassy in Ottawa, entitled, “To Me There’s No Other Choice” (2013-2013) in honor of the 100th anniversary of his birth.
