Luis Moreno Ocampo was the Founder Chief Prosecutor of the new and permanent International Criminal Court
(2003 - 12). Currently he is in private practice at New York’s law firm “Getnick & Getnick” and “Senior fellow” at the Jackson Institute for global affairs at Yale University.

Irwin Cotler, Canadian Member of Parliament for Mont Royal
Irwin Cotler is the Member of Parliament for Mount Royal. He is a former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada (2003-2006) and is Professor of Law Emeritus at McGill University where he taught law for 30 years. An Officer of the Order of Canada, Prof. Cotler is the recipient of 10 honorary doctorates. He currently serves as Liberal Advocate for Rights and Freedoms and is Vice-Chair of the House of Commons Committee on Justice and Human Rights and Vice-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on International Human Rights.
Mr. Cotler helped established Canada’s Raoul Wallenberg Commemorative Day and has chaired the International Commission on the Fate and Whereabouts of Raoul Wallenberg.

Jan Eliasson, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations
Jan Eliasson is the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations. He is a former Foreign Minister of Sweden (2006) and Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1994-2000).
During his career in the Swedish Foreign Service, Mr. Eliasson held diplomatic postings in Washington, Paris and New York, including as Sweden's Ambassador to the UN from 1988 to 1992. He was appointed as the UN’s first Under Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs in 1992, and also served as the President of the UN General Assembly in its 60th session (2005-6). His extensive experiences in conflict mediation include as the Secretary-General’s Personal Representative for Iran/Iraq and as the Secretary-General’s Special Envoy to Darfur. Mr Eliasson has been Visiting Professor at Uppsala University and Gothenburg University in Sweden, lecturing on mediation and conflict resolution. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Secretary-General in 2012, Mr. Eliasson served as Chair of Water Aid/Sweden and as a member of the UN Secretary-General’s Advocacy Group of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
